The Club’s event programme comprises seven Club lunches; an Annual Reception; quarterly Young Aerospace Professionals’ (YAP) Receptions; International events and Webinars. All functions are open to Members and their invited guests with the exception of the YAP Receptions, which are also open to non-members. Each event offers an excellent platform for business, hospitality and networking in a friendly club-like environment.
LUNCHES: Club lunches are held in The Royal Automobile Club (RAC) at 89 Pall Mall, St James’s, London SW1Y 5HS or the Royal Over-Seas League at 6 Park Place, St James’s, London and host an average of 120 attendees at each function. YOUNG AVIATION PROFESSIONALS’ PROGRAMME: The Aviation Club UK’s Young Aviation Professionals’ programme launched in May 2018 and was created for our younger industry colleagues, aged between 20 and 35 years. The current programme comprises four informal evening networking Receptions in March, June, September and December. Each event runs from 6:00 – 8:00 pm and is open to both members and non-members. Tickets cost just £25 per person and its a great way to meet with existing colleagues and connect with new industry contacts. FORUM EVENTS: Held in central London, from 1800 – 2000hrs, the format of the evening Forum comprises a pre-event reception before a 45 minute discussion panel. The panel will include two or three industry specialists on the identified subject matter, plus a mediator. Questions during the panel session will be encouraged from the audience, with opportunity at the ensuing reception for more informal discussion.
Forum Events may be held in association with affiliate and other relevant industry organisations and are open to members and non-members.

Refund policy: Refunds will be made on cancellations received ten working days prior to an event, less a £12 (inc VAT) administration charge per lunch/annual reception booking and £6 (inc VAT) administration charge per YAP Reception booking. After this period, no refunds will be given, and any cancellations or no-shows will be subject to full charge.
