Francois Soldan holds a Director position in the Aviation & Space team at Bayern LB. As a relationship manager, he structures offers and implements financing solutions to a broad perimeter of airlines and aircraft/engine lessors.
Francois started his industry career in 2010 as an engineer, with a final placement at Airbus Bristol – working on the landing gears of the A350. He transitioned to the world of finance after attaining a Master’s degree from ESSEC Paris, which included a final internship in the aviation finance team of Credit-Agricole CIB. He was then employed at DVB Bank for eight years, progressing from the graduate program to the credit team and spending the final four years with the in-house lessor group Deucalion.
In 2020 Francois moved to head up the origination team at Doric, where he stayed for five years.
Francois has been an active member of the Aviation Club of the UK since 2017.
